Has been an associate at the Firm since 2016 and has extensive and consolidated experience in tax planning within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and hospitality sectors, primarily.<\/p>\n

Blanca holds a Master’s degree in corporate taxes and has 8 years of experience in the tax solutions sector, assisting our clients with matters related to national and Latin American corporate restructurings, as well as spin-offs and mergers.<\/p>\n

Recently, she completed a diploma to analyze the new International Multilateral Tax Instrument for companies doing business in different countries, including our own.<\/p>\n

Has studied at the most prestigious universities in the country, always focusing his studies on tax matters. He has been an associate at the Firm for 5 years, and his area of expertise in tax planning includes real estate, construction, real estate, and restaurant sectors, primarily.<\/p>\n

Alejandro’s responsibilities include accelerated tax recovery, income tax, and VAT refunds mainly for domestic and foreign clients, and he is an expert in federal tax compensations.<\/p>\n

He has collaborated with our clients in negotiation meetings with the Tax Administration Service (SAT), acting as an intermediary and mediator in disputes with the authority.<\/p>\n

Is a certified public accountant by profession and holds a Master’s degree from Duke University, where he specialized in international taxation in conjunction with ITAM in Mexico, graduating with honors. Antonio was a member of the College of Public Accountants for over a decade. <\/p>\n

Currently, he develops tax planning and strategies for our clients, both domestic and foreign, particularly in terms of dividend distribution at a 0% tax rate.<\/p>\n

Antonio’s extensive experience includes M&A (Merge & Acquisition) operations, conducting due diligence for the buying party in industries such as wholesale trade, textiles, and retail, among others.<\/p>\n

She is a lawyer, and throughout her career, she has specialized in tax strategies carried out under preferential tax regimes. She is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and recently completed a diploma in money laundering prevention. <\/p>\n

Aim\u00e9 has been a partner at BCG for 11 years, and during her time at the Firm, she has advised our clients on their tax strategy operations, such as stock sales, reduction of tax installments, and liquidation of companies in the information technology (IT), telecommunications, and retail industries.<\/p>\n

Aim\u00e9 has been a speaker at various external forums, mainly for entrepreneurs and different chambers of commerce in our country.<\/p>\n

With 5 years of experience as an associate within BCG and a specialization in financial and tax auditing, Sof\u00eda has undertaken various studies in tax matters in Mexico and abroad, enabling her to advise our clients engaging in international transactions.<\/p>\n

Due to her remarkable skills and passion for the field, Sof\u00eda aspires to be part of BCG’s board of directors. She served as tax manager at a big four firm, where she significantly reduced the income tax for clients in the primary sector of the country AGAPES (Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries). <\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda has also assisted foreign companies in establishing themselves in the country and setting up their initial tax planning structures in Mexico.<\/p>\n
